I'm a very introverted person, which makes breaking the ice a daunting task in most cases. I tend to fare better with a woman who is assertive enough to drag me out of my shell initially. Once past that point, I am assertive, playful and adventurous, although you would never know it while I'm stuck in anthropologist-mode.
